Q: Should I take Candida Check™ every day, or just occasionally when I need extra support?

For daily support take 1 or 2 softgels daily. If you have times when you need extra support for healthy yeast balance you can take up to 4 softgels daily for a week. Then resume the daily support dosage (1-2 softgels) for a week. If continued extra support is needed, continue a week of daily support dosage, followed by a week at the higher dosage, for a few months.

Q: Can children use Candida Check?

Bio-Typed plant oils are extremely concentrated and are not recommended for children under the age of six. For children ages 6-12, one softgel a day is the suggested dosage. Please discuss use of any dietary supplement with your child’s health care practitioner.

Q: What else can I do to help support healthy yeast levels?

There are several things that Terry recommends. First, improve your diet. Eliminate or reduce, as much as possible, your intake of refined sugars and carbohydrates.  Terry recommends the Paleolithic diet, which emphasizes foods high in animal protein and animal fat and low in carbohydrates. Additionally, products to support your liver function, like a good quality milk thistle, can be important as well. And finally, drink plenty of water – 3 to 4 quarts daily. This helps purify your system and flush waste materials from your body.

Q: Can I use this product with probiotics?

Yes, that is an excellent addition to your yeast balance regimen. Probiotics greatly influence the balance of flora in your intestines. Terry recommends that you use the product a few hours after you take your probiotic, or vice versa, so they are separated a bit during the digestive transit process.
