How it Works:

Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) is well-known for many healthy benefits including its antioxidant and thermogenic properties and support of healthy blood glucose levels.*1-4 The green tea leaf extract in Get In Shape is standardized for 95% polyphenols and 45% Epigallocatechin-3-P-gallate.

Green Maté (Ilex paraguariensis) shares green tea’s thermogenic properties, and helps to support energy levels, healthy blood sugar metabolism, and healthy weight maintenance.* Maté is an age-old botanical that has been used traditionally for centuries but has also been clinically studied for its healthy weight support.*5-9 The maté extract in this formula is standardized to contain 20 – 40% caffeoylquinic acids, one of the plant’s key compounds.*

Apple (Malus domestica) extract with quercetin and phloridzin supports a healthy level of glucose absorption in the bloodstream, promoting a better balance of blood sugar throughout the day.*10-15

Guarani native people have long relied on yerba maté for its tonic and energizing effects, immune boosting ability, and stress-reducing power.  It is currently found as an ingredient in soft drinks, supplements, and it is still consumed in the traditional manner in South America as it has been for centuries. It was believed that it could be an anti-aging botanical, which isn’t surprising given that maté’s other strengths would definitely keep you feeling younger at heart, at the very least.
