TheraDerm Cream™

This effective, soothing cream combines the clinically tested combination of cardiospermum and Echium oil with sunflower oil and salvia. These gentle ingredients help quiet skin sensitivity and quickly reduce redness and discomfort.

Cardiospermum (balloon vine)
Cardiospermum has been shown in scientific studies to support the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response. In a clinical trial, a combination of cardiospermum, Echium oil, and sunflower oil soothed irritated skin.1,2

Echium plantagineum oil Echium platagineum is a rich source of gamma linoleic acid, which helps protect the skin barrier.3,4

Sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus)
Sunflower oil contains the compound squalene, which aids in skin hydration and protects skin cells from damage due to its antioxidant activity. 5,6

Sage leaf extract (Salva officinalis)
A key compound in sage leaf is ursolic acid. Scientific testing has shown that ursolic acid, topically applied, aids in supporting the body’s natural anti-inflammatory response. 7

TheraDerm Cream™

Balloon vine (Cardiospermum halicacabum) is also known as Love-in-a-Puff for its large, green, balloon-like seed pods which can be burst by popping them between the fingers. Inside are black seeds with a white heart-shaped mark on them. Balloon vine is grown as an ornamental plant in the southern United States and in tropical areas. It can spread, and some states have classified it as an invasive weed. However, many people enjoy having this unusual plant growing on a trellis or fence in their garden.

TheraDerm Cream™ is a revolutionary cream from Europe that combines two key natural ingredients, a concentrated extract from Cardiospermum seed and cold pressed Echium Oil, which has been shown in combination in clinical trials to stabilize and regenerate the skin barrier and act effectively against itching caused by very dry skin. Two independent clinical trials have been carried out in Switzerland on this natural complex. Efficacy trials found that this cream formula decreased skin sensitivity by almost 50% and skin redness by 35% in just
15 minutes after application. These two ingredients, combined with the unsaponifiable elements of sunflower seed oil, provide valuable nutritional elements such as phytosterols, tocopherols and squalene. This unique blend of ingredients has been tested for safety and toxicity with no negative reactions.
